Processing & Handling

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. Please note that delays can occur due to carrier constraints or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to U.S. states (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at info@higbeebikes.com within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is on pre-order or backorder, estimated shipping timelines will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.
