At Higbee, we believe your first ride should feel as good as every ride after. That’s why we work with local bike shops — whether you buy online or in-store — to make sure your bike is built right, fits you perfectly, and has a friendly place to turn for service.
Buying online? You can choose Free Shop Pickup at checkout, and we’ll send your bike to a trusted local partner for professional assembly — at no cost to you. Prefer to buy in person? Some shops carry Higbee bikes right on the floor, ready for a test ride.
Our goal is simple: give you the best possible first experience and ongoing support, while keeping your purchase local.

Your bike ships there free, gets built by a pro, and is ready to ride — no hidden fees.Prefer a different shop? We’ll ship the bike to your home for free and include a $50 credit toward local assembly — just send us the receipt.
We take assembly seriously. A great bike deserves a professional build, because the details matter and no one likes surprise fees.
